Where is my meal plan?
If you haven’t received your meal plan, check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t find your meal plan there, there’s a chance you spelled your e-mail wrong. Send us your e-mail and the country you have purchased your meal plan from and we’ll solve the problem.

When i will receive my meal plan?
You should receive your meal plan immediately after the payment. Please check your spam/junk folder and if you can’t find it, contact us.

I see products I’ve excluded.
If the products are not essential to the recipe, you can prepare it without them. The essential ingredients are marked in red. If you have excluded an ingredient in the quiz and you still have recipes where that ingredient is essential, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

ARE THE INGREDIENTS MEASURED IN RAW OR IN COOKED CONDITION?
All the ingredients are measured in raw condition.

Where can I see the recipes?
When you click on the recipe’s name, a window with all the information about the ingredients and directions for preparation will open.

WILL MY MEAL PLAN DISAPPEAR ONCE THE 90 DAYS ARE OVER?
No, this meal plan is with lifetime access.

It is a subscription?
No, the meal plan is not a subscription. The payment is only one time and there are not additional fees.

IS IT ALLOWED TO EAT FRUITS?
Yes, but if you want to lose weight, choose apples, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries. The other fruits contain more sugar and are not recommended. If you still want to include more sugary fruits in your diet, try to consume them only once or twice a week and in small quantities. If you want to gain weight you can eat bananas, peaches, grapes and oranges.

What to drink?
You can drink coffee and tea but without any sugar or cream. Do not forget to drink plenty of water! Alcohol consumption is not recommended, but it’s not a problem to drink one glass of white wine once a week.

Will you send me recipes every week?
You can switch the weeks by clicking on “week 1” in the left corner of your meal plan.

Too many calories
Don’t worry about the calorie intake, the meal plan is calculated properly based on your body type and daily activity. If you reduce too many calories at once, that can cause health problems. It is not about eating less, but eating properly. You have the right meal plan low in carbs but high in protein.

If you have allergies to any product in your meal plan contact us immediately. We are going to discuss it with our professional team in order to suggest you the best substitute.
